The biggest amount of incidents were registered in 2017. But we have to keep in mind that 2018 has values only until September of that year, lacking the data of October, November and December.

Metroline is the Operator with the highest amount of incidents registered (603), mainly due to onboarding injuries, personal injuries and slip trip fall types of events. While TGM Group and CT Plus only have 3 incidents registered. This could be helpful for further qualitative analyses.

The most common type of incident was due to Slip Trip Fall with 1489 events, followed by Onboarding Injuries with 1433 reports. Women were the most frequent victims within the top 3 Incident Event Types, and men were mostly involved being the victims of the collision and assault type of incident

This graph confirms that Metroline is the main Operator with the most incidents registered. While the cities with the highest index are Westmister (236), Lambeth (235) and Southwark (233)
