We started Deepnote to help data teams solve the most difficult problems. To do that, we don’t just need better algorithms, bigger datasets, and more computing power. We need powerful tools that inspire us to explore, reason, and collaborate. These tools do not exist yet. We need to invent them first.

We’ve been working on building a next-generation computational medium since 2019 and have customers like Gusto, DAZN, Webflow, Ramp, Harvard University, and hundreds more on this journey with us. We’re building out the core team and we're looking for kind and curious people ready to grow with us.

😎 About you

We are looking for an operations and HR associate in Prague ❤️🇨🇿🚀 Deepnote is a remote-friendly US tech company with a beautiful HQ in Prague. 15 Deepnoters live in Prague and the other 15 are in the office for a week every 8 weeks for our regular on-site sessions. We are also known for amazing off-sites that we do at least once a year ✈️

We have hundreds of thousands of users in almost all countries in the world who rely on us so operational excellence is necessary 🌎

Our new colleague would be helping with HR processes, organizing contracts and bills, smooth operations of our office, and making sure that our in-house and public events are 10-star experience ⚙️💰🎉

The new team member would be primarily working with Marc Delacroix (VP of Operations) and Jakub Jurovych (our CEO). Our primary language is English but our team is spread across 10 countries.

We can imagine this being both a full-time and almost full-time role of at least 30 hours per week.

Helping with HR processes

Organizing company events

Organizing contracts and other legal documents

Organizing onsites and offsites

Taking care of our company swag ordering and distribution

Taking care of the smooth office operations
