North Carolina Xylazine Live Report

Our lab in Chapel Hill tests street drugs around North Carolina using GCMS (mass spec). This live report shows up-to-date information on xylazine.

Our samples do not represent the entire drug supply. People may send us samples because they suspect xylazine or have unexpected reactions.

Where do these samples come from?

Our samples are provided voluntarily and analyzed anonymously. We provide our service to community organizations: county health departments, harm reduction programs, user unions, EMS, clinics, and hospitals. Interested in this free service?
