Since day one, we’ve been all about building simple yet powerful tools to revolutionize the way data teams work. Today, as we welcome Hyperquery into the Deepnote family, we are taking a significant step forward in that mission.

Hyperquery, founded by Joseph Moon and Robert Yi, shares this vision with us. Hyperquery is known for its user-friendly interface that bridges the gap between data analysts and decision-makers, making data analytics both accessible and engaging. Combining our strengths means our users get the best of both worlds.

Hyperquery’s team was focusing on technical excellence and ergonomic design. It’s a natural fit for us to integrate their capabilities into Deepnote, trusted by top data teams at companies like Ramp, Motive, SoundCloud, and Gusto. Our AI-native platform is designed to unite data scientists, analysts, and decision-makers, driving better outcomes for companies of all sizes.

As we bring Hyperquery’s customers into the Deepnote family, we’re committed to a seamless transition. We’ll provide all the support needed to ensure a smooth migration and help everyone adapt to their new environment.

And so with this acquisition, we will welcome the existing customers of Hyperquery within our platform. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless migration, providing all necessary support to help users adapt to their new environment.

We knew that our customers would be able to port over to Deepnote in a straightforward fashion. We got to a handshake agreement fairly quickly, and the rest is history. We know that Jakub and his team at Deepnote will continue on in their journey to democratize data analytics, and we will cheer them on as we pass our baton to them.

As part of the acquisition, we are also excited to take over the stewardship of Win With Data community, creating one of the largest and most vibrant data communities.

At Deepnote, we believe that the journey is as important as the destination. We couldn’t be more excited about bringing more data teams onboard to help us and our community build the ultimate workspace for data exploration, data science, and data analytics.

Here’s to the next chapter!
